The idea of  ''sustainable design'' has been mentioned for years; however, we always have the question : Can fashion ever be ethical and sustainable?

In today's world of trend chasing, people are used to cheap and fast fashion products. But it's easy to forget that behind each shiny accessory are cheap labor, sweatshop, environmental pollution, waste of resources ...

Thus, more and more designers and brands dedicate to providing sustainable products for our society.

With the designer's idea and our students' handcraft, PSYKHME combines fashion and sustainability. We hope can bring the concept of sustainability to life in an easy and comfortable way.

Our project is aimed at promoting the development, particularly of the handicraft sector. These jewelry pieces are manufactured by the teenagers rescued from the streets in Cambodia.

In Cambodia, you still can see some local families doing silkworm breeding and silk weaving to support their life. We're truly amazed by their stunning handcraft and add it in our jewelry.

We use natural materials, such as pure silk and coconut shell to create our jewelry and bags. Thus, you can see the unique tropical style in our work which contains sustainable idea.

All the jewelry is made from land mine and bomb shell metal, placed by different governments in the 1970s and 1980s. We hope to draw society's attention to see the fearful scene of wars.
